Sustainability is not a goal
Sustainability is a path.

We have consciously chosen this path
and live it privately as well as in our
KaiserMoments Apartment & Lofts.

SDGs_Umweltzeichen-Ecolabel

From now on we are allowed to carry the Austrian as well as the European Ecolabel. Both seals of quality stand for active commitment to the environment, ethical engagement and outstanding quality. The eco-labels are subject to strict criteria and guidelines, which are verified every four years by an independent expert opinion.

Every rating counts. We donate € 5,- for every review received and double the collected amount at the end of the year. In this way, we support the Kitzbühel Service Clubs association. This association supports people in need in the region.
Barrier-free with ease. Our Loft No4 offers every comfort for people in wheelchairs - for less inequality.
Strong together. We are a team. Woman and man privately and professionally equal side by side.

Pure nature. Our electricity comes from our own roof and photovoltaic system, whether for KaiserMoments, our all-electric vehicle fleet or the e-charging station in front of the door. In front of the building, we have brought nature back and transformed a large part of the parking lot into species-rich flora. In addition, the new carports and the BikeBox are made entirely of wood. Detergents and cleaning products are ECO-certified, our allergy-friendly bedding is synthetic fiber-free, the toilet paper is made from recycled fibers and the shopping bag for each loft is made from fairly produced cotton fabric. The natural cosmetics with soaps and shower gels come from Tyrol. We only use recycled paper for our printed materials. There is also a low-temperature heating system that each guest can control individually.

Ingeniously regional. We rely on sustainable, regional products and local partners. From the planning and implementation, from the Swiss stone pine paneling to the herb boxes and beds; instead of flower arrangements. The breakfast pastries come from the local bakery, the baskets including butter, jam and co. from local farmers. The “welcome honey”, the sustainable bathing slippers and the wooden platform for our in-house yoga sessions were also produced in the region. Traveling by public transport. We promote sustainable travel and give -10% off the accommodation price when traveling by train. Public transport is also free of charge here at the Wilder Kaiser.

#wirzusammen. We take our responsibility for people and nature seriously. Together, we lead the way as pioneers and ambassadors. We are rethinking tourism and are actively committed to real, active sustainability. We invite everyone to join us on this sustainable journey.

Our next steps

  • Use instead of waste. Our bread is still good on the second or third day - we also want to convey this to our guests. Publicly on the road.
  • Bus instead of car - even more awareness of the free guest mobility offered in the region.
